Cent7系のyumでGroup Installがうまく行かない

久々にマシンセットアップをしていて，手抜きをしようと，group installをしようとしたところmanを読めとのエラー

# yum  groupinstall "Development Tools"

There is no installed groups file.

嫌な予感しかなかったのでググる・・・

お，redhatサポートでなんか言ってる！
group_package_typesをセットしないと動かないようだ・・・
